Ooooh lol...Just because I respect someone doesn't mean I follow everything they've ever done with their lives...I feel like you are conflating having respect for someone with the hero worship you have for AJ...I honestly feel bad for you...you are like in love with the guy and had to deal with him failing so spectacularly...sad really

What do you think of AJ's wins over Breazeale, Povetkin, Parker, Takam and Whyte btw?

another fantasy win for Golovkin I see

        Golovkin's resume now.....

        - Jacobs *
        - Murray
        - Lemieux
        - fantasy win #1
        - fantasy win #2
        - fantasy win #3

hey, I see what you mean..... that thing is starting to look more impressive LMAO

          just so everyone knows.....

this fkn idiot is currently on the other thread..... insisting that Murray and Lemieux were better wins for Golovkin, than Lara and Cotto were for Canelo loooool

          * Hypekin blatantly ducked Cotto and Lara
          * Hypekin somehow miraculously clocks up another fantasy win LMAO

Canelo would embarrass/outclass/stop the plodding Lemieux, in a shocking mismatch..... but BoxingMoron1013 thinks that fight would be "a decent test" for Canelo

          hilarious

the lara one alwaysssss cracks me up

before fighting jacobs and canelo lara would have made a ton of sense and would have beent he best notch on his resume.....its been explained how and why very logically....yet most of the muppets run around and say "lara? who cares...golovkin would have killed him and got no credit for it"...like thats a logical and sensible answer

team lil g flat out said he was nver on their radar because he brought no money or fans!!! thats laugh out loud funny....it says it all....it says "hes too risky and too tough to find...we like bums that are ready to get hit and hbo likes them for us as well"...LOL

                I said I respected him...never said I was a fan.

Lara is probably my 2nd favorite fighter of this generation...I think he was great...but I don't think he was a much stiffer test att than Murray was for GGG att...I just don't.

I do think Lara would have taken the GGG fight at 160...but he had other similar money options at 154 so I don't think he really wanted to do it...and similar for GGG...great matchup if it could have happened but risk reward wise it made little sense for either guy.

we will never know because the bigger attraction, lil g who had hbo headlining him, never even made a move to try to make the fight

and it was logical and feasible...he was well known in the boxing community too..and headlined cards on premium and network tv

yet lil g preferred guys like dom wade and willie monroe

I would definitely favor this version of Canelo against this version of Lemieux...I think the version of David that fought GGG was his prime version and a little better...but he is probably more or less the same fighter as he always was...and this version of Canelo probably stops the best version of Lemieux.

But yeah I definitely think a talented puncher like Lemieux would be a solid test for anyone around that weight right now...the only two guys who beat him recently were GGG and it was 8 clear rounds for GGG...but they were tense hard fought rounds...and then BJS who fights a different style than Nelo and he never hurt David and went 12 rounds.

If you go 8 rounds with someone and KO them I would call that a decent test and that is probably what Canelo would do...sorry that I think that someone would land a punch on Canelo and go more than 10 seconds with him lol...it will be OK man...Canelo is still a great fighter.
