He looks like a fringe "B" level at times, than others he looks like a "C" level, even in some of his wins. So I look at him against some of the HW division:

Do I favor him over Domonic Breazeale? Maybe slightly.
Joe Joyce? Actually, yes I do.
Daniel Dubois? Nah, I would pick Dubois. But I would say Washington might have a chance if he starts off well.
Dereck Chisora? No. I would pick Chisora.
Carlos Takam? No, but I think that would be a fun scrap and Washington is not out of his league.
Junior Fa? I think that is a fight Washington can win.

From there, though, Washington starts to lose pretty much against any other name in my opinion. Adam Kownacki. Kubrat Pulev. Alexander Povetkin. Michael Hunter. Joseph Parker. Hughie Fury. I mean does anyone really think he beats any of those guys?

He seems to be "C" level to me. This was a good win for him and a BAD loss for Helenius. It sets up Washington for at least 2 more nice payday fights, with a good chance for a big money fight if he pulls a couple upsets.
agreed except that I would favor Washington over Takam and Hughie Fury.

and he already fought Kownacki. Adam killed him and the ref should have been fired haha

**** happens. Someone made a thread a few weeks ago talking about a Klitchko fight and I had no clue they had fought.

Helenius is a journeyman at best. He was stopped by Duhaupas and Povetkin, his best win is a split decision against Chisora. He looked totally gassed out in last round.
