When it’s comes to a contract Haymon beats Hearn 10 times out of 10.

There is a reason this fight isn’t signed.

Ruiz will earn more money than he has ever made before with the rematch and would be a fool to try and backslide his way out of it....Joshua has already said MSG is fine with him also so expect it to be announced soon.....Cardiff or msg will be the venue and your hear that soon.
Wilder fans don't want the fight its clerar as no one realy has any logical counter argument even in my own thread on here. Can't blame them because it is then a Dazn thing not Haymon when AJ plows over Ruiz and at MSG or the moon doesn't matter.

If you remember Fury got stripped of one of his belts cuz of the rematch clause with Klitschko.

        Contract>ABC Group.

A belt might get lost over this rematch happening this time to if something got called in.
Yes, you are absolutely correct and it was a rematch clause that Tyson Fury did not honor either. In addition, it was the IBF who stripped Fury of his title too.

The very same thing could happen to Andy Ruiz as well if Eddie Hearn doesn't hurry up and set up a date and venue for the rematch. The sanctioning bodies are going to start calling in their mandatories; Especially the IBF and the WBA.

Andy Ruiz is the current champion and if he isn't careful they are going to start stripping him of his title belts too; If he allows his rematch clause to take precedence over his mandatory defenses.

I can this matter being settled in court if the two parties can't reach a compromise or come to an agreement on a venue for the rematch.
