IBF has yet to give anyone leeway when it comes to mandos I'm really curious to see if they actually strip Nelo.

In all honesty though Canelo supercedes titles at this point. He doesn't need titles, with his position in the sport he can fight whoever he wants whenever he wants just like Floyd & Manny. I don't think he even cares about titles anymore.

I wouldn't mind GGG vs Derevyanchenko.
Good fight while it lasts but I don't see Derevyanchenko making it to the final bell. I don't think G cares about the belts anymore either. His purses are already predetermined because of his deal so it doesn't really matter if it's for a title or not.

If you go by the Golovkin precedent, than the IBF has no choice but to strip Alvarez. That said, this is pro boxing, nothing is guaranteed and anything is possible.

GGG won't fight derenyanchenko though, and has stated that he doesn't care for titles anymore. He is looking to fight munguia this year and go into a canelo fight, possibly in 2020. What a joke...

They want Canelo vs Derevyanchenko doe is what I'm saying. So if DAZN alters their stance & adds Derevyanchenko to their short list Derevyanchenko is the fight cuz Canelo don't wanna lose a belt.
