After all the issues with DAZN in Canada, I can't see the NFL partnering with them in the US.

But for boxing alone for example some cards have the main event on ESPN but the undercard fights first on ESPN+. Some cards have that reversed where undercard fights on ESPN then you need ESPN+ for the main event fight. And they even had some fight cards that were a cluster phuk where you have the undercard on ESPN+ then it flips to ESPN for co-main and the fight before that. Then it flips back to ESPN+ just for the main event.

ESPN+ is cheaper then DAZN but you don't get a standalone product you need ESPN and some times ESPN2 combined with ESPN+ to get all the fights. So you are really paying for ESPN part of a cable package and then have to pay ESPN+ to match what you get from DAZN. And even then Arum has proven that he is still sending fights to PPV like Crawford/Khan and any big fight Top Rank get's going forward bank on it going to PPV. DAZN is a standalone platform every fight including all the undercards and even big fights that would go to PPV are on DAZN part of your 1 subscription. 100 bucks for the year and you get as much if not more then all the fights on ESPN/ESPN+/ESPN PPV for much cheaper.

Right now the best **** for your buck in boxing is DAZN > ESPN/ESPN+ > PBC/Showtime/FOX/FS1

Oddly PBC started with the promise of free boxing no premium costs or PPVs. Now out of the big 3 ent ities showing boxing they are by far the most expensive to watch their fights.
The context is all boxing is good boxing. DAZN enthusiasts never went out of their way to shet on PBC or ESPN+. But because of the growth of Haymon based sports, many of these YT Creator ''Leaders'' including Ego and Dontaes Boxing Nation led the way to exploit gullible fanhood that boxing should be based on race baiting for subscription gain. This effect had many new ''boxing fans'' follow the formula... so YT is littered with this filth..

So in 2017 the LDBC grew even stronger, with a hate against GBP and Hearn, crying to the world that they are racists etc and that Haymon can do wrong doing.

That's why you get guys like Rexy or The Big Dunn or Phenom and all these goons on this site whom are clearly the LDBC. the LDBC always contextualize boxing scene articles. What reader of any industry falls for biased journalism anyways or thinks every article is gospel? In my opinion, even though NSB is CBS Sports, it does come off as objective nonetheless. Point is, the LDBC think every article is 100% true and that every writer is God.

It's fun to play their game. And behold, karma unfolds itself. Since the emergence of the LDBC the PBC is going downhill, and its not because of them. It's just karma!

        WAR DAZN!

You guys realize that the posters that try to lay down logistics as to why DAZN ''doesn't make sense'' or is ''failing'' already know these details. It's really an effort to convince others to refrain from the truth.

This is all stems from GBP ''Racist emails,'' the war against Haymon, Hearn, Pro-Wilder only...''

These motives are understandable. Ask Phenom he said DAZN was $240 a year, eluding that every DAZN subscriber pays the 20 bucks monthly. THat is worse than giving facts for how much the average person pays for FS1 a whole year...

If that's just the number from the US, the rest of the world would probably triple that number. Not bad

Skipper used to run ESPN so he has the contacts to get in with the NFL Sunday ticket.
Word is the NFL wants multiple ways to access the ticket as they feel they lost a lot of money having it just on DirectTV.
A streaming option like DAZN would make sense.
I’d pay for it through DAZN to watch the games wherever I am in addition to their boxing content.

I had missed this. by ''Cable TV'' you mean the channel choices that you get on Direct TV as well? Isn't Sling TV an OTT, meaning there's no hub/device/proprietary hardware like a Cable company? Plus OTT relies on streaming bandwidth vs traditional coaxial bandwidth?

I think elite internet bandwidth for like 4K compressed streams should be as fast navigation as traditional cable boxes? I do recall cable protocol with remote FAST. of course a different protocol and proprietary.

That's perhaps the main difference in cost aside from some channels not on other platforms. It's about navigation and speed/refresh with categories and menus.

$25 bucks aint bad. Isnt Direct TV like $60 minimum? different protocol of course.

Which coincidentally is THE EXACT SAME numbers from the Canelo fight.

But you, like most people here, don't understand how articles are written.

how much revenue are these subs generating, that's what really matters. Even if they had that many subs, how many concurrent, oh this is fake news. When even the fake news is weak.
