If Pac loses, expect him to fight Khan for their retirement fight .

Yeah I also think this will be next in line for Pac when he loses this fight. What will be Thurman's next fight? That's the other big question too. It won't be Spence nor Crawford I think. Broner? Vargas? Lopez II?

If it's a real close good fight, I expect an immediate rematch.

If Thurman wins convincingly, maybe the winner of Garcia-Garcia .

Time for the greedy old man to get blasted out again.

I agree that Pac is way past prime and a win over him at this point would not be a life changer but Manny still has a lot to lose. Money that is. If he loses, the mega fights that he may be able to get or even a Floyd rematch goes away.

Surely you're not calling Pacquiao greedy? Right?

Yes. He is an old washed up fighter risking his health for money. Hopefully the young lion sends him into retirement where he belongs. Boxing is no country for old men.

Then again, Thurman is also risking his health for money.
                  Oh wait, all boxers do.
Thurman was out for how long ?
Did he really need to come back ?

                  George Foreman ?

If Manny loses to Thurman in a competitive fight, it would almost be considered a victory.
Pac's an ATG but let's hope he quits soon and goes out on a high note.
I wouldn't say Pacman CAN'T LOSE, but I get what you're saying. Thurman has a lot more to lose, and not much to gain from beating a well over-the-hill Pacquiao. Either Thurman wins and people say, "Meh, a prime Pacman would have ran him over." Or Pacquiao wins or gets a draw and people lol at Thurman while lauding Pacquiao as an ATG, which he is either way. WAR Senator Pacquiao!

Agreed. Thurman's in a no win situation and this is a crossroads fight for him. He needs to impress.
I meant this fight can't hurt Pac's legacy but you're right, Manny could lose his chance at another mega fight.
