I feel the same. Pac looked kinda ****** there. I've bought people food, offered them work. Just giving money to guys who are making no clear effort to work or better themselves is a mistake, IMO. He should read his Bible a little more closely, Mathew 4:19. Jesus is walking near the shore of the Sea of Galilee, when he sees two brothers, Simon and Andrew, throwing out their fishing nets. Jesus says them, "follow me and I will make you fishers of men."
Pac's a good guy. I really like him. But, I think he can also be detached at times.
I know a contractor who has offered jobs to beggars and they always refuse the offer.
If you can stand on a corner in 100F heat in Dallas for 8 hours then you sure as hell can push a lawnmower for a living.
