D9 wont like this. Pacquiao is the greatest fighter of our generation after Golovkin, no doubt about it.

I was homeless and I never once begged, or sat on a corner like a bum. I went and found a place that would hire me and I worked as much as they'd let me. I rode a bicycle with flat tires for several miles every day to work until I sc****d up enough money to get back on my feet. I was also diagnosed bipolar with OCD and did not have access to medication so my mental state was beyond torturous.

Maybe next time, STFU instead of acting like a little princess and saying no one gets to talk about being homeless.

I genuinely like Pac but his fanbase consists of the dumbest ***s on this site. And, a lot of them are racist tw@ts. Every time I say anything critical of Pac I get responses from worthless trash like you who have to throw race into it. It doesn't bother me, it only shows how genuinely ****** you are and how sad your life must be.

I’m not going to say you are lying but there seems to be a lot missing from your story like where you found this job. I can tell you for a fact jobs that will hire mentally ill homeless men are nearly nonexistent here in LA. You would starve before you found a job like that. Also, if you were the person you say you were, Manny putting $100 in your hand would have made a very positive difference in your life. Once again, no matter what your experience may or may not have been, Pacquiao had an experience every bit as real as yours. Calling him naive is laughable.

Also, god forbid you should ever fall on hard times like that again but in the event, it’s easier to walk than ride a bike with flat tires.

If I was down on my luck I would be fighting like hell to climb out of the hole. Being on drugs just makes a bad situation worse.

Fuck the permissive druggie culture in the U.S..

And I've always felt that a good solution to the homeless problem is to send them to special ranches/farms where they can set up tents and stay as long as they want. The only caveat is that they have to help pick crops or take care of the animals, which is where their food would come from.

Outlaw them living in the streets and require that all homeless must live in these agricultural shelters. I bet at least half of them would suddenly find a job.

There's too many of them in L.A. to believe that they ALL have mental problems.

For those that really do a little bit of physical labor in the fresh air and sunshine might even be the****utic.

Just giving money to guys who are making no clear effort to work or better themselves is a mistake, IMO. He should read his Bible a little more closely, Mathew 4:19. Jesus is walking near the shore of the Sea of Galilee, when he sees two brothers, Simon and Andrew, throwing out their fishing nets. Jesus says them, "follow me and I will make you fishers of men."

Pac's a good guy. I really like him. But, I think he can also be detached at times.
Youre religious? If you are then you should read your Bible closely

“Thus, when you give to the needy, sound no trumpet before you, as the hypocrites do in the synagogues and in the streets, that they may be praised by others. Truly, I say to you, they have received their reward. But when you give to the needy, do not let your left hand know what your right hand is doing, so that your giving may be in secret. And your Father who sees in secret will reward you.” ~Jesus Source: Matthew 6:2-4 (ESV)

Don't got me wrong Pacquiao especially needs to re-read the Bible since he did this in another country on Showtime All Access before the AB fight. 😂
                      &
I get what you're saying though like it won't benefit them if they're still not with a roof over their head, employed or if they become a target like when Adrien Broner gave a $1,000 away & the homeless guy who got it was beat up and robbed.
