Very unlikely. Otherwise, Canelo would have kept his belt, asked for an exemption from the WBC, and fought Andrade for undisputed BEFORE agreeing to the franchise belt. It's more likely that he's already close to fighting somebody else and Charlo and Andrade have to fight each other to have a CHANCE at a possible Canelo fight down the line. They should just focus on unifying the belts instead of calling out Canelo. Should know by the end of this month...
