Andrade should be on deep undercard. He's boring.
LMAO at people criticizing Andrade

He’s a African that lives in America..I didn’t use the Messy Jessie coined term "African American" for a reason so don’t come at me trying to correct sht
Fighters of a certain ethnicity is always criticized for being good in boxing...The less they get hit the more they get criticized!!...They’re boring while they’re undefeated and bums whenever they take a L...stop acting like you don’t know why DA is being hated on... the race card is always in play but the person who mentions the obvious gets the blame for playing the card...Don’t let these people fool youComment

Personally, I thought Sulecki was right ready give up many times in the fight had Boo Boo put his punches together. For instance, Andrade hurt him several times including the knockdown but with that safety first style of his, he doesn't throw enough punches to do.
You cannot make new fans with that kind of style. Demetrius MO is that he starts out of the gate real early with explosive power but then coasts the rest of the way to a decision victory.Comment

Playing keep away and potshotting is boring whether its Andrade doing it or anyone else. If he spent more time consistently attacking instead of clowning around he probably could have stopped the guy.Comment

He stunk up the joint and we just going to pretend like Sulecki wasn't dropped twice and almost KO his last fight by feather fisted faded Gabe Rosado? He won but let's not pretend Sulecki is some sort of elite fighter elite fighters aren't holding on by a thread against guys like Rosado. Let's be real another ref and that fight is stopped for a KO victory for Rosado. Look at the Acosta fight last week that was stopped in the 12th Sulecki was hurt way worse already dropped twice and that ref let it continue where as Acosta ref stopped the fight with him on his feet. You switch the refs in those fights and Sulecki is KO'D officially by a gate keeper with no power.Last edited by bigdunny1; 06-30-2019, 12:32 PM.Comment

Talented Boxer, before the fight I thought he needed a Impressive Stoppage to really send that message and to rally people (more so casual fans) to WANT to see Canelo fight Andrade
Him as well as Charlo won CONVINCINGLY, however didn't deliver the emphatic finish to really make people excited about seeing him against Canelo
Lets be honest, only Hardcore Boxing Fans calling for those fights that is the honest truth. Charlo and Andrade are in position of NEED meaning they NEED a shot at Canelo to build up their own fame and Stardom as well as the biggest paydays of their careers. So as a Hardcore, I want ALL THESE FIGHTS immediately I don't care to play Triangle There and what other fans "THINK WOULD HAPPEN" no reason why they can't all fight each other and lets see who come out on time
Some of you would rather go by what you THINK would happen in those fights rather than actually seeing it out of fear that it might not go the way you want it to go
so right now it is a lot of "Well Canelo Beats Andrade Because Andrade Couldn't Do This Against That Guy" same with Charlo. Lets SEE those fights and see WTF would happen in the ring.
If Canelo is truly going up for Kovalev then respects and good luck to him, the show must go on at 160 and Charlo, GGG, Andrade and you add Sergiy Derevyanchenko to the mix who is IBF Mandatory once again...They all need to fight each other and lets see who come out on TOP!Comment

It's strange for me...because I can't remember the last time I had such mixed feelings about a fight/fighter...impressive to so clearly beat Sulecki...disappointing to not really have a ton of action from Andrade.
There were quite a few moments/rounds where 1 minute or 1.5 minutes would go by and I don't know if either guy landed a scoring punch...Andrade was a great amateur fighter and it shows imo...he knows how to box and also how to leave you feeling like he pretty clearly took close rounds with not a ton of action.
It was a really good win considering how easy he won...but for some reason I just feel like it was a little smoke and mirrors and against another top guy idk how he deals with the pressure.
I am not completely sold on how well he takes a punch especially at 160...and he has never been in really with a big puncher...maybe Vanes the biggest puncher he's been in with?
So yeah definitely a nice win...at first I thought he was gonna KO Sulecki early which would have been a great statement obviously...just kind of odd to me that Andrade was so passive after that and didn't get much going offensively.
Just feel like a better pressure fighter with more power would get through to Andrade a bit more and I don't know how well Andrade would hold up to the pressure/punches...so yeah as clear of a win as it was...I just kept wanting to see a bit more dominance from him in there.
Maybe a better opponent will bring out another level in him...but I think GGG beats that version of Andrade 8-4 if it goes the distance...GGG maybe getting a KD or KO.....Canelo would at worst do a 6-6 type fight which he would surely win...I think Charlo even presents some challenges to Andrade because he has decent power.
Definitely a good win for Andrade though and I am interested to see him in with a top guy next!Last edited by Boxing_1013; 06-30-2019, 01:27 PM.Comment

If he wants to fight Canelo next he needs to do what Rigo did, put on a War in the middle of the boxing ring.. Or at least try, I mean you can't do worse than that right?Comment
