The main reason Whyte or Joshua fights haven't happened as voluntary is Eddie Hearn. The guy is too arrogant with his ways. He thinks only his fighters deserve all the money and doesn't treat other people with respect or offer them a fair share. Eddie wants to offer people based on their last pay alone not a fair share of the money in the pot for the current fight.

Look at Joshua - Ruiz fight. Joshua takes about 80-20 split from the prize money since he's the champ and it is voluntary. Will Eddie offer Wilder an 80-20 split against Whyte as a voluntary? Tell me when that happens and Wilder refuses even if it is 75-25.

That's the reason Wilder advised Whyte to sign up with Haymon for a 2-3 fight deal because then it would be easy. Particularly, since Whyte ain't tied to Hearn and can do so. Given the history of what has happened during AJ fight negotiations, I doubt Wilder or his team will be enthusiastic about dealing with Hearn again. No wonder Skipper had to step in for unification fight negotiations during the Ruiz fight.

How about this. Explain to everyone posting here whytes strengths as a boxer. Not compared to wilder, just tell us what makes whyte such a "dynamic" force too you. Im VERY VERY interested in your response.

What I've found is that the majority of people who claim whyte can beat wilder don't like answering this question. Why is that?

Look, if you guys feel whyte has 1 of the best "jabs" or the best "footwork" in the division, don't be scared to say/express that infront of the fellow boxingscene community. This has nothing to do with Whyte's chances against Wilder, plus it's subjective.
What's given is the fact that Whyte's been PBC, I mean, WBC #1 for 600+ days and he's done more than enough to deserve title shot, esp. if you compare him to previous mandos-super duper Stiverne and slow as molasses Brazil.

But talking about chances, no doubt Whyte has bigger chances than Stiverne and Brazil together.

Then after wilder fought them and the likes of Joshua and whyte were knocking on his door, wilder instead chose to just go and rematch ortiz and fury. Ignoring undisputed.

So hate on whyte all you want but he is right about Wilder. It's all there in his resume.
