    Former world champions Julio Cesar Chavez Jr. and Alfredo 'Perro' Angulo have agreed with their promoter, Premier Boxing Champions, to have preliminary fights before a potential confrontation, according to ESPN Deportes. Chavez Jr. vs. Angulo was already supposed to take place on a date in July or August.

                  They should do this card in Mexico. Would probably fill a stadium over there.

                          Funny thing about Lopez vs Tatlis, the announcers were lamenting the fact that Tatlis didn't have the power to accompany the shots he was landing on Lopez.

                                  Or better yet, houston, San Antonio, Los Angeles, El Paso, Phoenix, etc any city in the Southwest with a sizeable Mexican American population. Hell as long as they promote it it does big numbers on a telecast simply because it’s two Mexicans which is often better money in the USA than Mexico because of the ultranationalistic Mexican Americans

                                      As bummy and washed up as these guys are, this should be an entertaining slopfest.

                                      We'd have to assume the guys they'll be facing before their slopfest will be unranked, bottom of the barrel level.
