Let me educate you, it’s not up to a testing body to excuse anyone, it’s up to the commission unless the commission is a signatory of WADA, the commission changed their rules about 4/5 years ago that it is a mandatory suspension if you have peds in your system, now go lick some red nuts some more
“Let me repeat, VADA CEO excused Francisco Vargas. You want to do judicial system logic with this or hate? It could be lack of comprehension and inconsistency from your part or playing the fool. Whatever it is, but easy breezy for me! VADA CEO’s doe!“Comment

Intentional use is not the same as strict liability.Comment

So if he ate contaminated meat, he is a PED CHEAT just the same as intentional useComment

Clenbuterol in the meat was just a convenient excuse. You get caught, you blame the Mexican meat supply. Easy way out IMO...
Like Big Baby saying he failed 3 tests with 3 different PED because he ate 35 double quarter pounders with cheese last ThursdayComment

You must take responsibility for what you “ingest,” meaning what you eat and drink and anything that may enter your body. The essential rule is this: if it is in your body, you are responsible for it. In legal terms, this is called “strict liability.”

If Vargas, a junior lightweight titleholder, passes the ensuing drug tests before his fight at StubHub Center in Carson, California, the commission will “strongly consider” granting him a license, Andy Foster, executive officer of the California commission told ******.com in a phone interview.

Did Francisco Vargas and Salido do VADA testing for their fight? Who do you think the commission works with when they're not handling the testing themselves?
