You missed the part where anti doping agencies and experts have a thing called cross contamination. Ward said he payed 10s of thousands of dollars to make sure his supplements weren’t tainted! So if one his supplements were tainted, is it ward’s fault?

You want to say intentional use.
yes it is his fault, he takes it, its his fault, do you understand now

I’m just going to shred you again! Unless all boxing writers question VADA, I’m going to easily flex this on you again! You have nothing on this son!

Lol. It’s called strict liability. If you fail you fail. It’s fine if you don’t want to talk about cross contamination from supplements or meat contamination all doctrined on WADA’s on site!

Intentional use is not the same as strict liability.

You must take responsibility for what you “ingest,” meaning what you eat and drink and anything that may enter your body. The essential rule is this: if it is in your body, you are responsible for it. In legal terms, this is called “strict liability.”

So if he ate contaminated meat, he is a PED CHEAT just the same as intentional use

Clenbuterol in the meat was just a convenient excuse. You get caught, you blame the Mexican meat supply. Easy way out IMO...

Like Big Baby saying he failed 3 tests with 3 different PED because he ate 35 double quarter pounders with cheese last Thursday

Damn it - I keep starting a reply but it's kinda lengthy and I keep getting interrupted - got the kids running round my feet. I'll get more detail to you later, but suffice to say I'm not saying that blood urine elimination of Clen are definitely different in redheads just that it's a possibility. They certainly have some unusual responses to analgesia and since the MC1R mutation that leads to pheomelanin also does have some impact on the central nervous system (which is affected by Clen) it is possible - the research simply ain't been done to be sure.

                Get back to you later.

The California State Athletic Commission decided to issue Francisco Vargas a temporary boxing license on a probationary basis on Friday after he tested positive for the weight-loss steroid clenbuterol ahead of his June 4 fight with Orlando Salido on HBO.

If Vargas, a junior lightweight titleholder, passes the ensuing drug tests before his fight at StubHub Center in Carson, California, the commission will “strongly consider” granting him a license, Andy Foster, executive officer of the California commission told ******.com in a phone interview.

                      omg... lol

Did Francisco Vargas and Salido do VADA testing for their fight? Who do you think the commission works with when they're not handling the testing themselves?
