Comments Thread For: Parker Wants Rematch With Whyte If Whyte Can't Get Title Fight

Let's not forget that Dillian Whyte had a chance to fight for a title against Anthony Joshua but he declined it. On the table was 4 Belts not 1. It seems like he only wants one and that is the WBC belt. Thank god he is not greedy or he would have ended up with what Ruiz has, no?
Oh, i missed a point in his fight against Parker, he fought in UK and got away with the head butt and some dirty tactics. By the way all the best against Rivas!!!Comment

***** Whyte dont really want to fight for the WBC belt, he just wants to complain about it.Let's not forget that Dillian Whyte had a chance to fight for a title against Anthony Joshua but he declined it. He will run from that belt just as fast he ran from AJs 3 belts if a contract arrived.Comment

1000 percent i believe it. Especially after AJ showed how far behind the top guys Whyte is.
Whyte turned down AJ twice this year, these were guaranteed signed fights for 3 belts.
He's well known for pulling out of mandatories against anyone good, and is scared to death to fight Parker in rematch.
Take a look at who Whyte is serious about fighting and who he sent offers to.... the great Manual Charr... Lol.
Not interested in 3 heavy weight belts against AJ, but dead keen to fight Charr for his meaningless trinket belt.
What a fraud this guy is.Comment

This is not a strong era, although I think it is a better one than the Klitschko era or Larry Holmes era, it is certainly weak. So with a grain of salt taken:
The Joshua fight, the two against a decent fighter in Chisora, his upcoming fight against the undefeated Rivas who is in the top 10 of most every ranking and of course the Parker fight are all legit fights for Whyte.
Joshua has a defendable resume, with Parker, Whyte, Povetkin, Charles Martin (undefeated and highly respected when Joshua fought him), and Klitschko, who I argue was not a great fighter at that point but he sure threw everything he had left at Joshua. Taking a proven pro such as Ruiz on short notice deserves credit, as he could have just grabbed a scrub and no one would have cared.
Parker has a good resume as well. Ruiz, Joshua, Hughie Fury, and Whyte hold up decently.
Everyone else? One or two decent fighters each and that is it. Tyson Fury has Klitschko, Wilder, and club fighters. Wilder has Ortiz, Fury, and it falls off a cliff from there. Hell, Ruiz only has Parker and Joshua.
So, from that angle, yes Whyte has a good resume in this era in my opinion.Comment

By the time Whyte gets a title shot, he might be shot to bits. 'He has been in afew back to back hard fights' Both the Chisora fights where wars, Parker was also another rough fight. 'And I expect his next fight to be quite violent'.While Whyte can be criticized, I think his resume holds up a ton better than most HWs right now. If no title match (which he is not getting until late next if we look at the tea leaves honestly) a rematch with a game fighter like Parker will earn some real nice coin and may be better than most any other option out there for him.
I actually think Whyte has regressed as a fighter, in terms of his conditioning 'technically he may have improved, but I don't think he can fight at a intense pace anymore'.Comment

Chisora has 9 losses!!!! he clearly isnt a good name to have on your CV. And he made Whyte look average.
I dont see how Rivas is in any top 10. He was completely unknown until Whyte cherry picked him for an easy fight.Comment
