GGG lost the fight, stormed out of the ring like a baby with a brutalized face, left the sport and no one heard from him until like a full year later. If canelo has convincingly beaten ggg, I’d probably agree in principle.
Ggg had the belts, most felt he beat canelo, but since it was a controversial draw and by far the best economic option, they ran it back. The 2nd fight was razor thin with many feeling ggg beat canelo again, now canelo wants to skate with the belts? The trilogy makes sense...built in story line, far more lucrative than any other option, and probably a better fight than most of the other options too. Many of the people who don’t want this fight are ggg haters who want to see canelo age him even more. This fight has a shelf life and it’s probably already past, but waiting longer isn’t gonna make it any better.
Then he comes back saying he wants a Canelo fight when at the time Andrade held a belt, Jacobs held a belt, as did Canelo. Two other guys Canelo could fight and unify with and become undisputed. There's also options for him at 168 and 175. Golovkin wants to just come back and demand his shot at the cash cow in the sport who literally everyone wants to fight basically thinking he can just bump in front of everyone who is in line earning their shot.
Sure, fine, give him a fight before the Canelo fight. Canelo said "No problem, go grab a belt then we fight." They offered him Andrade, a good credible opponent for him to earn his shot who holds a belt. He turns him down and tries to fight N'Dam instead...DAZN turns it down. Then he grabs some soft touch unknown from Canada with an undefeated record. Somehow loses two of the first three rounds before overwhelming and knocking him out in round 4.
Now he's demanding the Canelo fight next with a "my way or the highway" sort of undertone and attitude. To the cash cow of the sport? Is he serious or? How many PPV's did Golovkin sell again without Canelo? Number was so low I literally forgot lol.Comment

If I told you I knew anything at all about either one (before I did that research on Rolls) I would be lying lol...so idk...Rolls looked OK to me...good size and he knows how to box...just not really sharp/fast/explosive, and no real punching power or punch resistance at the top level.
Just watched a little tape on Adams...he looks kind of small to me but also pretty explosive...seems like an interesting fighter...I would say different styles but similar skill levels....Adams a little more offense but also seems a little less defensively sound...and man he looks little to me for MW lol...but I kind of like his style and think he could make it interesting against Charlo as long as he lasts...if Charlo puts him out easy I think that's a good win.
What are your thoughts?
I will add btw that I thought the Korobov/Charlo fight was a tight fight...but I probably would have edged it to Charlo...could see 7-5 either way in that one...but no issue with Charlo winning...and with him being the mando for the Canelo fight I wouldn't exactly be fighting killers right now to jeopardize that fight...tbh though I have 0 clue what the hell just happened with that WBC ruling so I have no idea what all that means for those future fights now at 160/168 lol...I don't know who has the real belt at 160 right nowComment

NOBODY IS SCARED OF CHARLO. Why do people have that impression about the big names at 160? All the top guys been fighting each other, where is Charlo? He aint fought none of them even though hes had the chance to fight all of them.
