The WBC doesn't rank fighters that are not in their CBP. Manny isn't ranked by the WBC at WW. You posted from the CBP site that indicated his last test in the CBP was January 8, 2019. Added to that, VADA, which administers the CBP, has stated they are not involved in the Thurman/Manny fight. If he were in the CBP, they'd be involved.

Yet that isn't proof to you he is no longer in the WBC CBP.

It's clear you are just stubbornly in denial because you are a Manny fan.

If you are fine that the commission is handling the testing and not VADA, cool. VADA style testing clearly isn't the same as the VADA testing we are all talking about.

Yes. His not being ranked is because he wasn't in the CBP. The above is from April 2018 (I posted a different one form the same source SPoon23 is using-WBN) indicating he wasn't in the CBP. He won the WBA title in June 2018. Manny doesn't have an asterisk by his name, indicating he was never in the CBP.

OK.. He was pulled from the rankings in April 2018, before he won the WBA title in June 2018.

This should prove he is not in the WBC CBP and thus isn't doing year around testing.
