I'm referring the resurgent bare-knuckle boxing with the BKFC and the Lobov-Malignaggi fight among others.

Do you see that under the umbrella of boxing or is it more its own thing like MMA?

It's boxing. No kicks, submissions, takedowns, throws, knees, elbows, backfists, etc.

Yes essentially. Grappling however and what would be called "dirty boxing" seems to be allowed:

Without debate more in common with boxing. I mean its basically boxing as is minus gloves & the ability to hold & hit.

it is more similar to boxing than MMA

but bare-knuckle is a different sport

like the difference between 5-day cricket, and 1-day cricket

            a completely different game

they have to punch differently..... and use different strategies and different game-plans, than you will see in a boxing ring..... it is way different

            fk that tbh

That clip reminded me of Deontay Wilder's KO of Arreola.
