Joshua needs to do more than “refocus”. Joshua has flaws that need to be addressed, his biggest flaw is his inability to fight at a sustainable pace. Either he needs to increase his aerobic level (which may not be so simple) or discipline himself to operate within his limits, he cannot afford to find himself in a situation where his opponent has survived his attack and Joshua is completely out of ammo.
Also, Joshua doesn’t seem able to coordinate his feet and hands to maintain his reach advantage against a fighter like Ruiz who is relatively short with short arms.
“Refocus” honestly does not even begin to address the reasons Ruiz defeated Joshua.

For Ruiz to beat Josh again he has to scramble his senses again by landing the right punch. The stars aligned the first fight but may not happen again. A temple shot started it off. He may hit josh on chin, and josh may go down. BUt when he gets up he may just be fine.
But who knows who will win rematch? That's why its intriguing for same reason people wanted to see Wilder v JOsh or Fury.
Josh can start as favourite again even.
