This is NSB. we have dozens of examples where Floyd has done something and its been condemned or criticized and when another fighter does the same thing it is overlooked or justified.

My question to the board is do you think there is this “double standard” with the casual boxing fans. Tyson Fury is a great Boxer and has been receiving a lot of Praise for being knocked down against Wilder and beating a “Tom Swartz’s” in great fashion.

I mean if we all remember correctly wasn’t people saying Mayweathers style was boring, he does nothing but run, he has no punching power etc you name it, they’ve said it. But when Tyson Fury does it....he considered a Boxing Guru. I mean Floyd has made guys like Canelo, Marquez, Pacquiao, and Corrales look like easy work but Fury looks fantastic again Tom Swartz’s and is put on pedestals.

At elite level Tyson Fury can only fight one way, if you watched Mayweather's fights? At elite level he could fight, backing up, on he inside, against the ropes you name it 'Even if at 147, he was not a fearful puncher he still fought his opponents differently if he had to' It is a myth that Mayweather was a runner, a complete myth 'If he had to fight in a different style, then he did' He fought Shane Mosley, Miguel Cotto, Ricky Hatton more offensively minded 'Because he had to, Hatton could move forward faster than Mayweather could move backwards or sideways' I always remember the shock in Hatton's camp, to how rough Mayweather was up close.

I have been stating this for a very long time? Tyson Fury is a one trick pony at elite level. 'It is one of the reason why, I think he dislikes going straight into rematches at elite level'.

One trick pony, but it is a really good trick 'None of these heavyweights have him figured out' Tyson Fury.

In general casuals disliked both their styles and much prefer to watch them Vs a serious offensive threat. Fury Vs Wlad was very boring to casual fans, it got him credit but not the sort of popularity AJ has. To get Floyd-level PPV numbers Fury will have to beat several big names, top fighters
