I'm his Q&A on his new platform, The Athletic, he confirmed Endeavor is in talks to buy PBC with Haymon keeping control like White with UFC.

ESPN can just try to completely dominate the combat sports world by having the UFC as well as ESPN/PBC.
As Rutkowski said, the more combat sports Emanuel has his hands on, the more leverage he has on future deals.
