New York - Not a single person in the camp of Gennadiy Golovkin (38-1-1, 34 KO's) seems to think that Saturday's fight against Steve Rolls (19-0, 10 KO's) is a cake walk. Golovkin returns to the ring after his longest inactivity stint between fights. Golovkin has not fought since last September when he suffered his first loss of his career against Canelo Alvarez (52-1-2, 35 KO's).

Ggg acting like hes cherrypicking the 118th ranked mw on earth because hes waiting for a 3rd fight v canelo is a pathetic excuse that expects ppl to not look at gggs stank resume & history of contradicting every single thing he says...

Let's be emphatically clear: Canelo does not need Golovkin.

And he has done way more to attract viewers to DAZN than GGG will do by fighting Steve Rolls tonight.

Canelo stipulating that GGG needs to have a belt for him to fight him again is complete horses.hit. And it’s a borderline duck. That said, it is a little funny to see Team GGG completely flip their stance on the importance of belts. And further shows GGG’s “all the belts” quest was nothing but an excuse to avoid certain challenges and justify some of the s.hitty competition he fought.

Why are De La Hoya ducking the rematch? What are they hiding man? What are they afraid of? I've heard that Canelo is in talks to face off against Jermall Charlo in Mexico in order to avert a GGG trilogy.

Please! Any excuse Canelo gives is welcomed by everyone! We are tired of the flip flopping mad tv looking ggg always demanding these handouts

GGG rejected a career high payday for a fight with Canelo, was willing to price himself out of a rematch unless his inflated demands were met, and ultimately gets beaten at his own game, yet he's acting like all roads lead to him? Dude can't even crack 200k ppvs on his own and there's no buzz around his upcoming garbage mismatch.
