      From the article...

If your goal is to gain 10 pounds of muscle mass in just four short weeks, you need to eat a lot of protein, a lot of carbohydrates and even a good bit of fat.

...it then goes into different nutritional aspects, caloric intake and such, required to achieve these results.

Wilder has powerful financial backers covering it up, they've invested a lot of money in him and want to protect their investment.

It's also fishy that he was put on ***** street by feather fisted bums Dustin Nichols & Harold Sconiers, and now suddenly can take shots from heavy punchers like Ortiz.

He weighed the same in 2017 and more in 2016.

Again, if you are gonna say he's on PEDS, I think people need more proof than what you are giving.

haha bruh!!!!! Its amazing how they are exposing themselves as keyboard warriors for real. they have obviously never trained or worked out and want to call these fighters names.
what would they expect the results would be working out/training for 4 months with the goal to add mass. its comical

It's impossible without adding a ton of fat and even then, still not without steroids. 10 Lbs a year is close to what you can add in LBM for your average person. That said unrelated to you most of you must be really out of shape or have no idea what body fat % look like because wilder is nowhere near 5%. Being his height 223 is very light. Also adding that minimal of weight in that amount of time is extremely easy because as I've said 5-7% looks drastically different than you're imagining a 5% wilder would literally die of exhaustion in the ring in 1-2 rounds.

Can you show me Wilder looking like the left picture somewhere?

He's not even really 8% closer to 9-10.

Wilder gained almost 20lbs of muscles in 4 months, at almost 33, he's working out. Josh gains 25lbs of muscles in 2 years, in his mid-20s, he's on PED.

                      Make your minds up Wildettes.
