We have hindsight. The ref could have stopped fight, but because we have hindsight we know it was a good call by ref and it was good it wasn't stopped,

When one fighter is lying flat on his back with his eyes closed half way through the count, most ref's would wave the fight off, not kneel next to them yelling the count. That is the first time I have ever seen that.

If they polled 100 different refs, at least 95 of them would have called the fight in the 12th. Fury ducking the rematch adds to the BS of him knowing he would be KO'd for sure the next time they fight.
