DAZN is losing money because no one knows how to stream!

No idea if Dazn is making money, no idea if they become a $150B+ company like Netflix or die within a couple years.

What there is absolutely no doubt about is that digital streaming & VOD is the future, hell it is the present, every PPV is viewed by many multiples more people via streaming than broadcast PPV, its just they are currently illegal streams.

Personally I think PPV is probably gone within 10 years or so, subscription services is where the money will be and they will be throwing huge money at various sports to attract customers. You can't put the illegal streams genie back in the bottle and each generation is more knowledgeable. $70-$100 when you can get it illegally for fee is a tough ask.

Complete waste of time. No one is about to sit there and go through all of that trash just to stream a fight. People are used to just buying PPV on tv. My grandad wanted to watch the Canelo fight and tried using DAZN. He ended up not watching it because he got frustrated and said fkk it. And then on top of that, it's glitchy as hell.

I broke down and bought a DAZN subscription..... literally took 2 minutes of my time. Boxing already has enough low IQ viewers, maybe it’s a good thing they cannot pickup on things a typical 6 yr old can these days.

Lol, what? I’m almost 40 and even I have absolutely no issues streaming everything through my ROKU TV directly or the Chromecast for stuff like DAZN or whatever. Everything is wireless and not an issue with Fios. I watch all my Trump rallies that way too, lol; stream direct to Chromecast on my 65”.

It's easy for you to do because you are a boxing fan. However, most people like to stream their favorite shows on their iphones, Androids, Tablets or other mobile devices.

You cannot expect people like casual fans to sign up for some online media video streaming service that they don't want. Boxing is no longer a mainstream sport. Hardly anyone watches it nowadays outside of boxing fans.

Streaming is the future of home visual entertainment. DAZN might not be the future, they need to figure there own issues out & they have some legit issues. I suspect when 5G becomes more of a thing many of these problems fix themselves.
