I said Ruiz was a much better boxer than AJ, and said aJ was going to look bad against Ruiz. I just didn't realise he had the power to hurt him so easily.

Since the parker war, I knew ruiz was clearly top level. Much better any current UK heavy weight. Except maybe fury.

I was hoping Ruiz would end up tearing through UK bums like ***** whyte, and joyce. Never dreamed he would go straight to the top and end up dethroning king AJ straight away.

I figured AJ and the ref to keep Andy out of reach and breaking up any in close fighting for 12 rounds to score a dodgy points decision with some dubious judging.

Barring that I expected Ruiz to knock him over if AJ wasnt fully on his game, based on what I'd seen from the Parker/Ruiz fight.

Parker went 12 rounds with Ruiz and looked way worse for wear than he did when he went 12 rounds with Joshua.

AJ was always and will be a giant glass jawed robot. Parker could have proved it with the same gameplan Ruiz used to expose Joshua.

Unfortunately, when Parker gets hit he goes into his shell and boxes, when Ruiz gets hit he comes out of his shell, lets his hands go and fights back.

You're not going to win a boxing match against AJ. The powers that be wont allow it. You need to fight him, dominate him, intimidate him, hurt him and knock him down, a lot or out.

The book is out on Joshua. Ruiz can do it again, so could Parker and Whyte if given another chance.

It's no wonder AJ was ducking Windmill for all these years hoping someone would beat him or that he'd lose his mojo with marinating.

I'm so happy for Ruiz, he got what he deserved and long may he reign...

Agreed with everything you said until you mentioned whyte. Whyte has a quarter of the boxing pedigree and skill that ruiz/ parker have.

He doesn't have tools to beat AJ unless he lands a lucky punch.

I knew Ruiz was a live dog but watching Joshua vs Whyte and Povetkin, both fighters I ranked higher and more dangerous than Ruiz, I was hoping for a dominant performance.

Go, but knew that the Joshua that struggled with Parker could struggle
With the faster handed Ruiz.

Didn’t believe Ruiz had the power to hurt Joshua, especially when Joshua took solid shots from Povetkin and Whyte.

Joshua was a hype job exposed.

Parker is just as fast as Ruiz. The 2 fastest in the division.
