The road is a big deal, and no disrespect, Fury has an edge here. When youre getting backed up, and you look at the crowd. Do you see people cry for you to come back, or scream for your blood? Road warriors are my favorites.

So I don’t know about “Joshua was doing fine until he decided to go for the knockout”

Joshua was too busy commenting on the Wilder-Breazeale match and trying to put Wilder down in the weeks leading to his fight against Andy Ruiz, an unknown underdog nobody was interested in or thought could win.
Now, Fury is too busy commenting on the Joshua-Ruiz match and trying to undermine Joshua in the weeks leading to his fight against Tom Schwarz, an unknown underdog nobody is interested in or things can win.
Let us see what the result of this one would be.

Can Joshua jab and hold Ruiz like the Parker fight. Probably not for 12 rounds. Ruiz knows that Joshua has a suspect chin and will take chances to get inside. A.J may hurt him again but most likely will ultimately cave. There are some making the argument that Joshua was careless trying to K.O Ruiz after dropping him. If you watch Wilder/Breazeale again you will notice Wilder getting caught with two rights after stunning Dominick. The difference is that Wilder has a chin that held up. Joshua does not have that luxury. This was not just a loss. Joshua was exposed. Is he gifted enough like Lennox Lewis or Vlad to make it back to the elite level? Not likely! Too robotic with stamina issues to go along with the chin!
