The problem with UK boxing

They support their fighters to the hilt, but that's not a bad thing. That's why their support is praised by fighters and media world wide.
As for supporting other nationalities, that's not something I find uncommon in the Uk. They root for their own in a fight more often than not, but most have a broad interest in the sport too.
I've travelled across the world to see two no brits faceother, as have many people I know. If there's a good international fight taking place, there will be british boxing fans in attendance, from my experience.
With Matchroom singing and airing more and more international fighters, I can only see their fan bases grow here.
As for British boxing on the sport level. I think it's doing just fine, as it always does. It will have it's up and downs like every other nation, but it will keep producing good fighters. It didn't just disappear when the like of Calzaghe and Hatton hung them up, like many wished it would. It won't be going anywhere now.Comment

If you look at some of the videos I posted on the previous page you'll see that they show love for all fighters, including Americans. What US fans don't seem to understand is that once the rivalry/fight is over the respect and admiration is and was always there. Ward and Mayweather as recent examples have had emotional reactions to the love they received here, and Ward is a great example because he's not a household name in the US...true boxing fans
They are also generally aware of the best fighters/rivals of their fav British fighter.
Thread is a massive fail, TS is an idiot and a bigotComment

Fury running from Wilder to cowardly fighting Schwarz, AJ getting beat up and quitting, Tommy Coyle getting smacked around by Algieri, Dogboe getting beaten like a drum twice by Navarette, Khan being passed around like blunt, Kell Brook eye sockets made of the same stuff as Khan's chin, etc. etc. and you call that "doing so well"?
