He can always buy out the rematch clause. But if he cant, he might as well accept it.

Location: They fought in the US. I think it is fair they fight next in the UK. It will sell well in UK anyway.
Just because the first fight was in the US does not necessarily mean the fair thing to do is have the rematch in the UK.
It was Hearn's decision (representing the champion) to have it in the US as the big push into the US market for Joshua. So then wouldn't it be just as fair to say that Hearn And Joshua chose the location for the first fight and now Ruiz as champion can choose for the rematch (all subject to what is in the initial contract).

Maybe because the first was on DAZN, so he assumed that. That's why he now says he needs to look at the contract. Sounds like he doesn't know what's in it.

Either way, good for them getting paid so well.

It's not about calling shots. It's about what's in a rematch clause. If clause says matchroom has choice of location/venue/date/network then Ruiz hasn't got a leg to stand on. That's how contracts work.

If he isn’t careful he may box himself into a corner and lose out on the biggest payday of his life.

Hearn minions, I’m afraid the nightmare continues for you. After Ruiz knocks out Joshua in the rematch, we can get to the long awaited unification of all 4 titles providing wilder gets past ortiz and fury. Either way, fast Eddie is OUT
The only people that talk about Eddie Hearn are Deontay Wilder fans. Y'all are the biggest fans of Eddie Hearn in the world.

Hearn has options on Ruiz' next 3 fights. He got the same offer Miller had before failing his drug tests .

Either way, with Wilder booked throughout 2019, Andy will still secure a 2nd consecutive career high purse for the AJ rematch.

$ Talks. Hearn will entice Andy with big $ for UK. He knows he needs fans hometown judging every advantage. They will pay Andy. Vegas only other option. Mexico not a serious thought.

Contingent on winning the first fight I would assume. Losers can't be dictators.

You said an heavyweight might knock an heavyweight out and that's somehow proof you know the game?

                      Ortiz might KO Wilder.

If he does am i amazing for saying he "might". You didn't even predict that he would.

It might rain tomorrow, it might not. One must be true, i'm a genius.
