I could see him causing Wilder problems, he loses every round to Fury.
Who are you sure Ruiz would beat?

i too tough that as well, then realized ruiz is a really fast counter puncher too. many people here have no idea that ruiz is actually really heavy handed fellow. would love to see ruiz vs wilder and ruiz vs fury. cheersComment

WTF Charles Martin is absolute dog ****.Name a ranked boxer you’re absolutely sure Andy Ruiz would beat.
I looked at every heavyweight ranked in the top 10 either by the IBF, WBA, WBC, WBO or one of the media outlets.
I feel pretty sure he would beat Kyotaro Fujimoto and Robert Helenius. I guess those are my picks.
I think I might pick him to beat Hughie Fury, Dereck Chisora and Carlos Takam but I don’t know. I’m also not sure if I would pick him to beat Dominic Breazeale, Charles Martin, Alexander Povetkin or Michael Hunter.
I personally would pick Luis Ortiz or Kubrat Pulev to beat him. I would also pick Jospeh Parker to beat him again but that fight could have gone either way. I would pick Dillian Whyte to beat him but I think it could be very close.
Everyone else I didn’t list that’s ranked is undefeated and I’m not sure how those fights would go. I would obviously pick Wilder and Tyson Fury to beat him but every other undefeated heavyweight, I think is a toss up. I’m sure some of those prospects are too green and would get beaten by Ruiz, but I can’t say for sure.
So I ask you: which ranked heavyweights are you absolutely certain Andy Ruiz would beat?Comment

Agreed bro, it's good to have another HW in the mix.Comment

just cuz he has extra flab, doesn't necessarily mean he's soft in the body...there could be a lot of muscle under there. I haven't watched all that much of ruiz, so I'm not sure if he has issues to the body, but I wouldn't expect these taller guys to go there much. trying to dig to a shorter guy's body isn't the best way to utilize a reach advantage...maybe some some jabs or straight shots tho.Well he got in close enough to take out AJ so it can be done, but Wilder's shot is so thunderbolt that Andy can't try take one to throw counters. He won't be able to snap back to his feet like he did in the 3rd.
Fact is, the guy who will beat Ruiz is the one smart enough to work the body. That's if you don't get clobbered trying to do it.
Wilder hooked to the body in the opening seconds of his bout with Breazeale and I almost fell out of my seat. Never saw him do that B4.
A heavy with a devastating body attack would run the division for a while. Andy did that well Saturday night against a guy with 6-pack abs, just think when somebody gets to his Ruiz' Snickers gut.Comment

Could be true but packing that extra weight doesn't bode well against body attacks, saps the energy.just cuz he has extra flab, doesn't necessarily mean he's soft in the body...there could be a lot of muscle under there. As for getting to his body, that's why I said if they can avoid getting clobbered cause Andy can throw.Comment
