Who are you sure Ruiz would beat?

Name a ranked boxer you’re absolutely sure Andy Ruiz would beat.

I looked at every heavyweight ranked in the top 10 either by the IBF, WBA, WBC, WBO or one of the media outlets.

I feel pretty sure he would beat Kyotaro Fujimoto and Robert Helenius. I guess those are my picks.

I think I might pick him to beat Hughie Fury, Dereck Chisora and Carlos Takam but I don’t know. I’m also not sure if I would pick him to beat Dominic Breazeale, Charles Martin, Alexander Povetkin or Michael Hunter.

I personally would pick Luis Ortiz or Kubrat Pulev to beat him. I would also pick Jospeh Parker to beat him again but that fight could have gone either way. I would pick Dillian Whyte to beat him but I think it could be very close.

Everyone else I didn’t list that’s ranked is undefeated and I’m not sure how those fights would go. I would obviously pick Wilder and Tyson Fury to beat him but every other undefeated heavyweight, I think is a toss up. I’m sure some of those prospects are too green and would get beaten by Ruiz, but I can’t say for sure.

So I ask you: which ranked heavyweights are you absolutely certain Andy Ruiz would beat?

I think Ruiz should stay away from Povetkin/Whyte/Ortiz/Fury. He should fight a soft touch or too as he has earned it. I think he would beat Parker in a rematch, Pulev is a tough one. After he gets 2 soft touches he should swing for the fences and take on Wilder. If he boxes correctly and has a good night he KOes Wilder too. Remember Duhuapas took Wilder into the 11th round without the fundamentals that Andy has. He should never lay an eye on Usyk.

I'm not even sure Ruiz would even beat Joshua in a rematch.

The only two he should stay clear of is Wilder & Fury, if he falls back down to the Whyte, Parker level and loses his belts, he doesn't deserve them.

Did well vs Parker and smashed Joshua, that suggests he's good enough to fight anybody.

Agree. Why not? He dared to be great. He will do it again. None of these guys are spectacular.

I’d give him a shot vs wilder. Fury has the footwork and jab to keep him on the outside, but he could absolutely get inside on wilder and I don’t see wilder defending those looping shots in close very well. It’s just a matter if he can manage to stay clear of wilder’s right hand and close the distance effectively with such a reach disadvantage.
