GOATnelo dominated the ratings on Showtime, HBO and now on DAZN. Big ups to Ruiz though as he now sits on the HW throne !!!

Same, I just bought the month so got both fights and the WBSS, but going to wait until next interesting fight which wont probably be until Canelo/GGG3. Just shows how big of a draw Canelo is and really AJ isnt that huge in the US. However, the rematch if its held on DAZN and in the US, it will do very good numbers

This proves that the offer to Wilder from DAZN was totally fair.

Joshua-Wilder wouldn't of done more than a million buys. Probably around 500-700k buys.

Stunner! Anthony Joshua is the second biggest star on DAZN after Canelo! Who would've known?

If this is true it wouldn't shock me. Of course canelo probably has the 2 best viewership numbers for DAZN. Canelo is the biggest superstar in boxing. Let's be real if canelo/Fielding was on any other network that airs boxing it would of beat out the best tv ratings on that network. Do people forget canelo fought Kirkland (his only fight that wasnt on PPV since 2013 and it drew monster ratings 2.2M viewers on HBO. That's more then fights on FOX are getting and FOX is network tv in way more homes them HBO. Canelo vs anyone does numbers he is the biggest draw in boxing.

He would get much more respect winning the rematch in America.

It will be interesting to see where it ends up.

I bet Spence lowkey has a rep with some casuals as "that guy from the 2016 Olympics" in fact.
lol, I remember that. In fact, I remember thinking there would come a time when people would forget about the circumstances and would use it in arguments. Sure enough, people are already saying shyt like, "Spence did 6 MIOLLION! Crawford is unknown!"

You're 100%, there's a lot of circumstances involved in ratings. I never get too worked up about them. And, I NEVER let them affect whether I like a fighter or not. Sad that people here use popularity as an argument about who the better boxer is.

This is the Canelo app. They have more total subs now than they had for Fielding vs Canelo. But Joshua can't top that number despite all the advertising for this fight during the Canelo fight, Ruiz being Mexican, and Joshua's U.S. debut.

Nobody is watching anybody but Canelo. That's why Haney was complaining his KO wasn't getting the same publicity as Wilder's.
