“Wilder vs Hypejob should be 50/50...” -BFTB
If Joshua was a “HypeJob” why didn’t Wilder accept $100million+?

Because it was a **** deal.
Wilder gets $20m to fight Breazeale (versus the $10m+ that he's said to have gotten, the million viewers who saw the fight live, the tens of millions of views for the replay of the KO, and all of the soft media attention before/during/after the fight), $40m to flatten Joshua inside of 6 (if Wilder had gotten Joshua hurt, I doubt Joshua survives that energy dump, tbh; this is with Joshua basically keeping any/all upside) and then defend the just earned unified/lineal heavyweight championship against Joshua for the same $40m? lol.
Wilder got whatever he got for the Breazeale fight, would've seen somewhere between 60/40 Joshua and 50/50 for the first fight (SHOPPV/Sky Box Office) and at least 50/50 on said rematch (Sky Box Office/chosen US broadcaster).
Get every dollar owed to him. -
Another thing that would have made that deal impossible is because Joshua and hearn in the contract put down that wilder had to sign to dazn and that simply wasn't gonna happen......its like a arum deal of the past. If u want to fight pac u will have to sign to me and fight my in house guys. Wilder is his own man and has his own team. No matter if u like it or not u gotta respect that.Comment

Maybe, but that $90M is gone now, at least for the time being, so in hindsight it was a bad call, especially if he beat Joshua as then he would be undisputed & probably $60M ahead. He wasn't to know Joshua would lose though, so it is what it is.Because it was a **** deal.

Guys can u imagine if wilder actually signed that deal to be a dazn fighter? That entire app is falling before our very eyes. I say he dodged a bullet with that hearn contract. But all Brits care about is how many fans fill up an arena. What's in Wilders pockets. Even people who work at KFC turning into online financial advisors on boxing forums all in the name of aj?Comment

Huh? The $100M+ offer was from dazn, so yeah I can see them actually wanting the fight to be on dazn, thats how it works. It wasn't a long term lock in 10 fight deal, it was breazeale + 2 * AJ, he was fighting breazeale anyway.Another thing that would have made that deal impossible is because Joshua and hearn in the contract put down that wilder had to sign to dazn and that simply wasn't gonna happen......its like a arum deal of the past. 100 million from dazn? Bro....wilder is already with Haymon. Why burn a bridge there fighting dominic on dazn? If we are talking about wilder vs Joshua it should be only those 2 no other fighter under the network. Just Joshua vs wilder. Also there was no 40% split (as in for all revenue) hearn wanted to give him 40 million flat fee for the Joshua fight with partial splits. Before that he wanted wilder to accept a 15 million flat fee with no percentage......theres really no percentage split. The problem is the fight could have grossed 100s of millions.Comment

Why fight breazeale on dazn, for $20M, $10M more than he was reported paid.
My point was, the $100M was from dazn, of course it had to be on their network for that deal to work. In hindsight Wilder should have taken that deal, he wasn't to know AJ would lose though, and assuming he beats Joshua.Comment
