Why all the threads on AJ...none on Ruiz?

The man GOT UP from a knockdown and proceeded to take it to the HW Champ. No quit in him. Two months to train for the bout, was robbed vs Parker but didn't whine. Great stamina for a fat man. Has all the punches. Quick hands.

Frankly I'd like to see him vs Wilder because I think he would avoid the wild right hands and outbox Deontay.

I have one out there, it keeps getting buried due to the number of Joshua threads.

Yeah it's like a tidal wave of fear, disappointment and comedy.

You should make an Andy Ruiz appreciation/props thread

Look at it this way if Breazeale had battered Wilder like Ruiz did to AJ there would be thousands of threads slating Wilder. The AJ fandans are just going to have to take the medicine and hope Ruiz hasn't ruined the guy

Probably because there are more people glad Joshua lost than there are people who are simply happy for Ruiz

You are comparing Breazeale with Ruiz? Breazeale is an absolute scrub compared to him. Or did you forget that Breazeale also got battered every single second of every round Vs Joshua. To compare him with Ruiz is ridiculous

It looked to me like Ruiz got pissed off when he hit the canvas. That look on his face spoke volumes and he got up and showed it

He underestimated the fat man by trying to rush the KO finish, and paid for it

Ruiz is one of those fighters who become more fierce when wounded

Joshua never recovered from those counters on round 3
