His conditioning really sucks for championship level contention. And his weak chin doesn’t help much either. I’m not a Joshua fan, I am a long time boxing fan and I hated to see him lose because of the potential mega fights with Fury & Wilder.
I'm assuming that nobody was hitting his midsection in camp the way Andy was.

Exactly Sammy! 100% correct. The brits have such national pride that they will believe anything. The amount of british " clowns" on this forum claiming to have schooled me on the topic of Anthony Joshua. My response was always " decent power, suspect chin, and little stamina. Frank Bruno 2.0". All on display last night! There were claims that his "resume" was so superior to Wilder's. How? His title winning fights were Charles Martin and a 41 year old who dropped him. Hopefully the british nationalists shut the fu.k up for awhile. The robot was dismantled! The titles are back where they belong!

I thought also that maybe it was shock but you can just see that AJ isn't a killer. He is big, strong and skilled but almost seems too nice. He always took a more business like approach to everything whereas Wilder and Fury wear their emotions on their sleeves. I could see Fury crying had the same thing happened to him last night.

Good point...Ruiz is a pretty good technical fighter. His only loss was against Parker and he admitted he didn’t let his hands go in that fight. He did last night. Much respect to him.

Ruiz nailed Joshua with a perfectly placed bodyshot later in the fight (6th round I believe?) that visibly took a lot out of AJ.

Also, a lot of us (including myself) had Ruiz winning the Parker fight.

Now Wilder will just be known as the guy who got schooled by Fury and received a gift draw and never made the fight happen with Joshua when people wanted it. He ran back to Showtime to fight a Joshua leftover when he was a free agent.

Joshua was exposed like Wilder - Fury is still the clear #1 in the division.
Its a good thing that Joshy was scared to fight Wilder because it would've been worse that what happens last night🥊

Great post Rexy. I am a long time boxing fan as well but Joshua was an overrated hype job from the get go. He was ripe for a beating and although Wilder and Joshua would have been a huge fight it would have ended in one round. Wilder will continue on and impress. He needs to really be on his game for the next few fights. Ortiz can still punch and Fury can make anyone look bad. Props to Ruiz for taking it to Frank Bruno's alter ego. You pressure the robot, he falls apart. No guts, no chin, no stamina, and certainly no balls! Your typical british heavyweight! The only anomaly is Fury. He has balls because he's nuts!

Well if he wants revenge and he wants his belts back and there really was nothing wrong with him last night then he needs to get his **** sorted before he faces Ruiz again cuz he will just do the exact same thing. We cant sit on that one knock down and say if he had just been sensible hed of been able to finish the job cuz none of the rest would of happened cuz before that those 2 were in a 50-50 shoot out and the Mexican was getting alot closer than AJ was.
