No heart lol...he was down four times and he was clearly a beaten fighter last night and he would not have seen out 12 rounds lol
For me its better to regroup and come back and fight on another day than get permantly damaged in that ring.
the fighters you mentioned did lose but fought a great fight while losing. Joshua has nothing but fake muscles. plunger man you got a lot of s hit to plunge out of the toilet which is Joshua. I NEVER saw a great fighter lose like that

Louis was beaten like that by schmelling , Tyson was by Douglas , hearns by Barkley , Morrison by bendt , Norris by Simon brown ...many upsets in boxing history.
As I said Joshua now has to prove himself again and I just said I will not confine him just yet to scrap heap till the rematch

The rematch is gonna do huge numbers in Mexico and sign up a heap of Latino’s on DAZN. IF, AJ turns up in his back yard with some new found inspiration he could snatch those belts back and he would have gained a lot of ‘eye’s on’ in the process.

There is one other scenario of course. The only way I see the Ruiz rematch not happening is if Haymon hangs out Wilder for sacrifice for a mega money deal. I know everyone on here thinks the guys is unbeatable, but...just saying. Haymons a stats man, the negotiations are gonna be very interesting, he’d trade 3 belts for 1 every day of the week with a Mexican audience at stake.

Let’s not forget AJ did actually sit Ruiz down for the first time in his career, this is the HW’s he could do it again. That won’t escape Haymon either.

All I am saying is the guys isn’t 45, he might just completely freshen up his team and get his focus and win this back and all the smug comments gonna look pretty silly. I’m holding back for the rematch or the Haymon hand of god to move before I call it.
Why did AJ come to the US in the first place? The rematch, which occurs in the UK, won’t have many eyeballs in the US for the same reason he isn’t well-known here. Afternoon fights on an app won’t fly here.

And that’s assuming he wins. God forbid he loses again.

But you’re missing the point. The “smug comments” come from Hearn. And Joshua. They got their comeuppance. And no matter what happens going forward, they will never have the leverage they once had.

and neither have the potential drawing power of Anthony Joshua, or at least what he had prior to this loss

come on man be serious. Your guy just got dropped four times and quit. Be honest . Aj was overhyped. Aj is not a bum but he was over hyped. Wilder is just not as technical as Aj but that doesn’t make him a bum and he sure as hell isnt a quitter.
