Those shots To the Back of the Ear do something to Fighters . In both MMA and Boxing You see fighters Staying Dazed and Almost in a pilot mode when Hit with those .

He was taking too many shots in the temples and above the ears. His balance became bad after the 3rd round knock downs. He mind and body couldn't take anymore punishment after the 3rd and 4th knockdowns.

Yeah the temple shots are the worst.

But he looked odd even before the fight. Nervous and distracted. I think the pressure got to him.
