  • Where are remarks by Arum & Fury?

Idk if I was Wilder I'd be throwing out videos like this & hyping a rematch so I'm assuming there is something signed or Wilder potentially is gonna look like an idiot here.

And if there isn't anything legit if I'm Eddie I go hard at signing Joshua vs Fury next.

If this is legit...or hell even if it isn't Wilder has done an epic job of stepping on Joshua's fight.

Joshua needs to take back his own fight week with a gif-able KO.

      • clearly isn't a done deal but it makes sense they're both feeling the pressure we will see if this really happens or just another stunt but why wait until 2020? anything to delay the joshua fight, plus both desperate to ruin Joshuas week. 2 way rematch clause too no doubt. plus another bum fight in between, this takes us to late 2021.

        • The Fury vs Wilder II fight will never happen so stop getting excited about it. This whole thing is just more posturing by Wilder and his team to try and take the spotlight away from AJ but the weigh in today had more people there than the Wilder Breazeale fight. That is, if you don't count the free tickets they gave away haha. Fighting Ortiz is STILL a crappy rematch because Ortiz has gotten older, slower and Wilder already beat him. Fury will have two fights before the Wilder fight and he may well lose one of the two fights. And Wilder saying that the fights are "signed and sealed" sounds a lot like when he said that the 50 million was "in the bag" hahah. There's no venues, no dates, no splits, no contracts...

Joshua would be better off doing his own thing. Idk why he's still linked up with Eddie. He can run his own show. Eddie ain't doing sh^t for him except getting half PBC opponents now.

Idk if the current deal is a fight by fight deal or a long term arrangement, but as soon as Joshua can walk he should. Eddie is misplaying the f#ck outta this Joshua project & talking too much sh^t about the people he needs to be making deals with.

This situation this week with Wilder stealing Joshua's fight week is just the cherry on top of Eddie not doing right by AJ.

            • I have to admit that it's been a very bad week for DAZN, Matchroom, Eddie Hearn and Anthony Joshua. First, there was Wilder's announcement that Luis Ortiz would be his next opponent.

Then secondly, there was Tyson Fury saying that he is not interested in fighting Dillian Whyte for the WBC Final eliminator bout and lastly we have the breaking news that Tyson Fury would be Deontay Wilder's next opponent after Luis Ortiz.

Damn, the timing couldn't have been more wrong or worst for Anthony Joshua's debut and coming out party in America.

Could be that they heard something behind the scenes about some developments so suddenly start trying to goad Fury in the media. Most of the time it's "da green belt doe!"
Wilder effectively killed their "pay attention to our fight this weekend because we're looking to fight Wilder next" media push and now Wilder is killing their "pay attention to our fight this weekend because we're looking to fight Fury next" strategy pivot.

There's still an easy 3000 face value tickets to sell, with how many for resellers tickets that still need to be unloaded.

If there are 15000 bodies set to be in MSG on fighting, including the 10000+ Brits who made the trip over, I'd be shocked.

AJ is his own boss. And Haymon is Wilder's manager.
