Comments Thread For: Anthony Joshua: Ruiz Knows A lot About Me and I Do Him

Anthony Joshua finally fights Andy Ruiz Jr on Saturday after almost a decade of the two very nearly crossing paths. The IBF, WBA, IBO and WBO heavyweight champion makes the latest defence of his titles on the occasion of his US debut, when he fights his Mexican challenger at Madison Square Garden in New York.

He is trying to sell this fight so bad. We all know it’s gonna be a short night for Ruiz unless he goes in playing around with him.

I thought it was a strange gesture, when Joshua gave Ruiz his belts 'To pose with for the camera's.'

Would Mike Tyson, Lennox Lewis and the list goes on, would they do such a thing, even if they where trying to sell a fight? Joshua needs to be careful.

It may very well be a first round knockout. I'm putting money on each round of the first three.

If parker went 12 with Joshua, how is he gonna ko Ruiz in 3?

Because Ruiz will be moving towards AJ's power shots more often than Parker did. Takam took a lot of punches from AJ and Ruiz might be able to do the same, but he's more offensive than Takam, makes me think he either kills or gets killed. Agreed it's probably not within 3 rounds doe.
