This debate will always be 50/50. Yes he's a citizen but to me he is Mexican. Yes Mexican American, but really who says all of that *****? If we were trying to locate him and I had to describe him, I would say he's a heavy set MEXICAN. Hell, even jobs ask you your ethnic background.

I think you're confusing Margarito with Angulo, Margarito was born in Clifornia USA while Angulo was born in Mexicali Baja California Mexico.

By the way, Angulo had a really hard time getting his green card, and able to fight in the States, if not for GBP and Oscar who help him get legalized, who knows what would've been of Angulo.

You are Correct, Mexico does provide children born in other countries of Mexican nationals, to have dual citizenship.

Rumor has it there’s a video of him having sex with an American goat. If that doesn’t make him an American I don’t know what will. I’m no scientist, but If he was Mexican he’d be having sex with a Mexican goat.

Correct me if I'm wrong but you're basically saying that nobody is really an American because your ethnicity is everything? Leonardo Di Caprio is just a citizen but he's Italian, right? Did he bring back that Oscar he won a couple of years ago to Italy? Is Scarlett Johansson Polish and Danish and not really an American? I mean we can go on and on.

Bottom line everyone in America has roots in other countries. Isn't that what makes you an American???

Andy Ruiz is an American of Mexican descent. This is a fight between an American and an Englishman. The American happens to be of Mexican decent and the Brit is of Nigerian heritage. Shouldn't be that difficult.
