I agree with the article. Somebody needs to tell spence and haymon that this is the case. They got some solid in house fights they can make at the pbc at 147 but none of them are the fight we want.

There is nothing wrong with us fans waiting for the big fights to happen when we need to but when there's isn't really any reason why they can't happen now, especially when both sides talk plenty smack about how they are better than the other, we get annoyed and start to talk about birds like ducks and chickens.

Spence v Crawford, Joshua v wilder. There is literally no reason why these 2 fights can't be made next, except spence and wilder don't want it next and both have had plenty to say about Crawford or Joshua.

Crawford and Spence must start fighting better opposition to stay relevant. You don`t become N. 1 in division fighting guys like Khan and Mikey Garcia. If they are afraid of fighting each other, they must fight guys like Porter, Ugas, danny Garcia.

Writer sounds like a casual. Soon as Bob gets involved these fights happen way too late.

Both unproven welterweights. I think both of them will struggle or couldnt beat danny or porter .

It's the biggest fight at WW but I'm not sure it's fair to say it's the only one

I don't want to say Spence is afraid, but he always has a reason to avoid Crawford.
                You got that right.

Come on bro. Both Crawford and Spence beat Danny and Porter with no issues. Danny and Porter both struggle with average fighters now.

It is, but not yet. To hardcore fans its the fight they wanna see now, but the casuals barely know Spence & Bud which f#cks up the money dynamic of this fight. Keith & Manny are probably more well known to the casuals. Thus Spence or Bud are going to need to beat one of those guys to enhance their own name. And neither of those guys seemingly want to fight the other two guys making this 147 sh^t last waaaaay longer than it should be.

Ffs Thurman is talking about not fighting Spence to late 2020 when Spence's "name is bigger". Thing is Spence's name don't get bigger unless he beats Thurman or Manny cuz few casuals know who Porter & Bud are to make those W's mean THAT much so Thurman is basically saying I'll never fight Spence. And Thurman barely seems to talk about fighting Bud at all so that seems unlikely also.

I suspect Manny beating Thurman & it doing good PPV numbers to get Manny paid a lil better entices him to fight Spence after & that makes Spence a bigger name which makes Spence vs Bud more viable, but at this point I think its more likely that Spence just gets too big for 147 than the interesting fights at 147 that figure out the division happen.

Maybe they can beat them but they have to prove it in the ring, both of them haven't beat anyone who is better or on the level of danny or porter.
