Why would a fighter that is a mega draw go to a fighter's fight that can't sell 7k tickets begging for a fight?

If that's the case why is that mega draw begging Wilder to come to his fight? Why are only the most nosebleeding of tickets sold out at that mega draws fight where Wilder only had a handful left and his fight was announced a month later?

They decreased the size of the arena for Wilders fight. Joshua has sold 17k tickets at 4x the price of Wilders. Wilder sold 6k. Joshua is levels above Wilder in drawing power.
