Do you think Ortiz will get more than $5 mil in the Deontay rematch?

Do you think Ortiz would have been the Ruiz
that is now rematching AJ, thus eventually making more $$$$
had he not ducked Joshua for $5 - 6 M?
Ortiz's greedy management team wanted $10 million.
Let's be honest, Ortiz team will forever regret the ****** thing they did in the AJ negotiations.Comment

He will get more than the 500k he got last time but he won't get anywhere near as much as he turned down when he bottled the joshua fight.
He said he would fight AJ on short notice for free, turns out he was actually offered over 10x what wilder paid him and he turned it down as a lowball. Maybe he don't understand money.
But surely uncle Al will have to find a good pay day he can't keep talking his fighters out of taking good fights for good belts and good money so he can pay them pennies. Otherwise they will soon realise haymon is no pro black anything he's just a sleazy business man who don't care one jot about any of his stable.Comment

Man, how many times are you going to bump this thread? It's been been four months already since you've originally posted it. The answer is once again Hell yes! It's pay per view. Unlike Showtime, King Kong is not dealing with licensing fees this time. The more sales the greater is his percentage and guarantee. He should make at least similar to what Tyson Fury made the last time on Pay Per View with Deontay Wilder.Comment

No wonder Showtime is slowly dying. They're being forced to come up with these extravagant amounts of money they can't even afford, ie., overpaying Wilder and others, just to give the sense of being able to compete with DAZN that's been throwing around millions of $$$$$ like drunken sailors.Comment
