I know the internet is filled with white guys who do nothing but blow the skills of mediocre white fighters out of proportion but this is amazing. 1) You mention Gatti's popularity as justification for the Hall of Fame. If popularity is a criteria, should we keep Pernell Whitaker and Bernard Hopkins out because they were unpopular?

2)Gatti did not do "more than we expected". He did less. He was a hot prospect at 130/135 because of his chin and power. He kept getting TV dates and title shots because people thought he can off those guys. If, when Gatti was coming up, you asked people would they consider Arturo's career a success if he ended up like Micky Ward, people would tell you "no, that would be a disappointment". Well, here we are.

3) Does Fernando vargas belong in the IBHOF? Compare his career to Gatti's.

4) Buddy McGirt has a better career than Arturo. And he is not in the Hall as a fighter.
