No. I'm sure his team keeps a close eye on the cattle he consumes in training camp now.

Only in the Canelo haters wet dreams.
Must drive them crazy after they thought they had him at last.
Then the subsequent tests came back negative, even the lauded hair follicle test they swore he would never take as it would show it wasn’t just some bad street taco.
Then he undergoes random testing and stands toe to toe with a guy they said he would never trade with and a guy they swore for years would KO him. Canelo to GGG’s best shots and kept coming.
Maybe one of these days a boogeyman they hype up will actually come through for them.

InCan people stop using the hair test as some sort of exoneration? You could find articles published prior to Canelo's negative tests that show how inconclusive that test actually is. Here's my whole issue with him testing positive. For years people have been saying how subpar to average Canelo's stamina is and how it's failed him down the stretch, including the Golovkin fight. So to the lead up towards the 2nd fight, he starts training in February with a oxygen mask (second time to my knowledge), has plans to train in Colorado for high altitude (first to my knowledge), then goes to Mexico and indulges in beef which his team is on record saying he doesn't eat when he's training, that just so happens to be filled with a substance that would help his lungs and overall breathing/stamina. There's too many red flags around the whole situation. We'll never know whether it was intentional or not but some Canelo fans are so quick to dismiss everything about the whole ordeal leading up to the failed tests.

He's young-ish still. 28 I think. Solid bet he's fighting 5-7 years. Maybe more. History says very likely more. Thats a lot of time to piss dirty.

I'd put it at about -250 he tests positive for something. Although Canelo being the cash cow & likely being that or near that for the rest of his days in the sport I'd put the likelihood of him being suspended for longer than 1 year & 1 day at about +300.

Anyways, do you think he will end up testing positive for another banned substance again in his fighting career?
No boxers, especially high profile athletes, are even testing 80 days away from their fights. The AVERAGE is 45 days for big fights, though 60 days is the most ideal. Mayweather and Pacquiao was the most stringent testing yet it was only 52 days away whereas Canelo was 78 days away. Look at the history of VADA testing announcements from Journalists and you get an idea what is the norm or average.

Canelo is now 365, which even supersedes WBC-CBP.

Industry doesn’t care because most reporters know things that happened before advanced drug testing. Many boxing fans don’t get the IDEA that boxing WANTED “advanced drug testing” and it came in 2011.

All boxers before this had the luxury life to do whatever during camps because commissions only did post fight urine tests.

No, because that's for dumb motherfuckers! He is currently enrolled in the 365 day year round VADA testing Clean Boxing Program. They test individual boxers randomly without prior warning or prior notice at any given time; In order to collect blood and urine samples. Therefore, he better stay clean at all times or he runs the risk popping dirty again.
