Mandate canelo fight a guy nobody wants to see him fight a guy who just lost to the guy canelo just beat and who is ranked lower at middleweight then the guys Canelo is trying to fight next. Then tell canelo he has to fight this dude BEFORE Aug 4 when everyone in the world knows he fights in Sept on Mexican Independent day and has millions tied up on figuring that date?

IBF are some shady bytches that are trying to spoil any chance of a undisputed Middleweight champ with a ridiculously mandatory, canelo already owns WBA and WBC and both are ahead of the IBF in mandatories owed let alone this crazy timeline to fight on a date that is literally impossible for dude that already got a mandatory ordered fight a little over 6 months ago and lost. How the phuj you deserve another mandatory shot ordered this god damn fast.. unless there is blantant corruption going on. Lou Dibella paid these bytches that's the only explanation. IBF shouldn't even be allowed to leap frog THE WBA AND WBC canelo only had the IBF belt less then 2 weeks he's had those other belts since Sept and they require mandatory defenses first. Hell based on there own words canelo can't even unify because IBF says you need a deal by June 15 and Andrade don't fight until June 26 so based on IBF rules he would be stripped before the WBO champ fights. These are ridiculously demands from the IBF.

It's a easy fight but there are 2 problems canelo wants a bigger and tougher fight for Sept in Vegas. Dervy is a wack fight for Vegas. Really this is a Dec ship that fight to NY or somewhere else type fight not a Vegas fight.

But let's say you get passed the fact that fans want to see canelo fight Andrade, GGG and many other better fighters then Dervy next and IBF is trying to force him to take a easier ****** fight....the next problem is the date the IBF is demanding it take place on or before Aug when the world knows canelo can't and won't fight in Aug. That's basically adding a poison pill in the deal.

It does look like a move designed to get Canelo to drop the IBF belt. They didn't even send him a congratulations letter, just the order to fight Derevyanchenko.

Boxing badly needs to cut down to just one alphabet group and one champion per division.

It may have to do with the IBF being displeased and influenced by others that Canelo exercised the IBF’s own rule for the 10lb weight limit (next day) against Jacobs. Meaning that they didn’t like how a boxer exercised power of Unification exemption. Only other similar situation where an org feels touched was when Gennady fought Brook, which the WBA didn’t approve nor was the belt on the line, and the following fight the WBA ordered GGG vs Jacobs. At that time none of these guys wanted to even fight each other.

And he supposedly "earned" his title shot with a win over a guy who lost to Andrade & the guy Andrade is about to fight followed by 3 wins over the notorious Craig Cunningham (19-2, who's lost his last fight to a 10-1 guy), the infamous Adasat Rodriguez (17-7-2, who was fresh off a W over an 11-22 fighter & before that got destroyed in 2 rounds by a 24yr old, 14-0 prospect) & finally the man who needs no introduction Rafael Bejaran (25-2-1, who was a couple fights away from a draw with a 11-4 guy).

Thats not earning a f#cking position to get a mando fight. And sh^t man with the IBF rankings its no surprise bs guys keep getting mando fights. This Rolls cat GGG is about to fight is in their top ten ffs. Boxrec ranks Rolls #82. Boxrec ain't perfect, but they are probably closer to perfect than the f#cking IBF.

Canelo needs to just toss that IBF strap in the trash where it belongs. None of the organizations are particularly honorable or anything but not even congratulating your new champ isn’t a low the WBC, WBA, or WBO would stoop to.

This smells like pure corruption to me. With so many scumbags in boxing you don’t know who could be behind this.

Could be Al Haymon trying to keep a belt away from Canelo and DAZN. Could be Bob Arum for the same reason. Could be Eddie Hearn trying to steer Canelo away from Andrade for all of the belts and towards a Smith fight at 168. S**t, could even be DAZN trying to maneuver a Golovkin vs. Derevyanchenko fight for the IBF title, Canelo vs. Andrade for the WBC, WBA, and WBO titles and then the winners for undisputed.

The only way for Canelo to stick it to the IBF is if DAZN makes Hearn scrap Andrade vs. Sulecki (give him some nice step aside money) and make Canelo vs. Andrade for undisputed. And after Canelo wins he can wipe his ass with the IBF belt and throw it in the trash.

Everyone is with these ABC Groups til they do some dumb sh^t to them personally. Then they are like wtf, but then they just go fight for another bs belt anyway. Idk that people care about any one belt for any one belt to become The Belt.

Even the Ring belt or the Ali trophy seems like an added prize more than I think anyone sees those items as a superior thing realllllllllly. Everyone is perfectly happy with having a belt. Hence there are a lot of f#cking belts.
