That would be good work by AJ. Disaapointing work when Wilder and Fury are out there claiming to be the best, but it's still good work.

If he could stop them it would be good, otherwise it's an average return.

They're both lower top 10 HWs at present.

Not the best year as far as opponents are concerned.. Certainly better than Brezeale, Ortiz II/Kownacki

Not sure AJ can be blamed, he's offering fighters ridiculous ammounts of money but for some strange reason, nobody wants that dollar. Wierd.

Although I would prefer the Ortiz fight for AJ just to show a certain group of forum posters the truth, I'll accept Pulev, his record is as credible as Ortiz's and he is a certain threat.

So yeah. could be better but not that bad considering.

you cant compare his opponents to Ortiz. It's far far ahead of Ortiz in terms of risks and opponents.
It's in the media whyte has KOed fury several times in sparring, if we'll motivated, can beat Fury. Whyte is a warrior, can't go down without a fight.
There are strong opinions he will KO wilder.

Ortiz still fighting kauffman and cojanu level kind of fights.

Wilder has fought two great heavys. Luis Ortiz, one of the most feared heavys in the world, and Tyson Fury, a guy that toyed with a younger, active Klitschko, and dispatched him in much easier fashion than Joshua.

Deontay Wilder is the best heavyweight in the world.
            hahahahajaj... comdey at it best.
Fight 39 tomato cans, one HBP patient and one 50% fit obsessed guy coming off a mental health care makes you the best with no unification bout what so ever.

Ride on bruh...... You actually need a break.

Lol. Ortiz ain't all that, certainly a few rings below Whyte.
And why you talking about his fight with Fury? That's like Lemieux talking about his Saunders fight. He got schooled bro.

Can anybody give any real reason as to why Ortiz is rated so highly, it obviously isn’t his CV so what.

It’s cause he fought Wilder innit.

If Joshua puts on a good show on his US debut it's a good year for him.

For the rest of us it's a let down.

A little burst of Heavyweight fights in May/June and then months of Hearn, Arum, Finkel et al embarrassing the sport in the media.

Nah, was just a normal punch. Wilders power is hyped from knocking out bums.

You forgot to mention that he didn't even beat Fury. Stuoid Wilder fanboys going on about Fury, I'd be quiet if I was them - that fat mental head case easily beat Wilder.
