Not sure how pbc stays a float with some of the horrible events they had! Either or cong**** new champ williams and to Hurd for that violent 12 rounds of violence!
Hurd and Rock are PBC fighters therefore GO PBC!!! NOBODY and I mean NOBODY is just bubbling over when it comes to fights every time out. But at least Haymon has the right idea by putting fighters on television were people can lay eyes on them. Give me that over DAZN anyday.

Even in TV ratings people gotta pick sides.

Whether 100 people watched it or 100M, the fight was one of the most enetertaining I've seen in years.

I rooted for Hurd and he lost. I can live with the outcome because the fight was entertaining and Williams fought a hell of fight. Atleast it didn't end in a robbery like we've been seeing for quite awhile now.

You comparing PPV or DAZN subscription service to basic cable or free network tv? If that's the case then this also did better then all but a couple Floyd PPVs because not many of his PPVs did 1.4M buys. All Floyd fights and Canelo/Jacobs generated infinitely more money and we're more successful then PBC finishing dead last with subpar Network ratings.

2M is good TV ratings for Network tv. You have reruns of shows that have already been decided on being canceled drawing 1-1.5M while PBC did 1.4M. A rerun of American Idol just did over 2M beating out PBC.
I was actually just trolling on the Canelo comment and those numbers could have been inflated as well seeing how DAZN doesn't release actual numbers. This was great numbers in my book. The casuals can't say they actually knew Hurd and J Rock like the hardcores can. Putting boxing on non paying (as non paying as non paying can get) is great. It builds fans bases. Many have said PBC would be dead in 2 years and yet here they are.

And you're talking to the wrong person, I buy damn near every PPV.
When he took 3 championship belts from a 5 to 1 favorite former champion in the champion's back yard while dominating, with class, displaying world class skills....do you need the date?

Interesting, so a guy who has never even been the A side in any big fight is all of a sudden a PPV fighter? Do you know being good doesn't equate to being a PPV fighter?

It couldn't have been 1.2mil world wide for Canelos fight. In Mexico alone it was over 33 MILLON buys! Look it up for your self.
