All boxers aren't created equal. Wilder has among the worst technical boxing skills of anyone who's gotten as far as he's gotten. Its honestly a victory in itself that Wilder is currently viewed as a top 3 guy by basically everyone from where his skills are at & where they were at.

That said power is the great equalizer even vs guys with superior talent then you, but Wilder was still pretty technically unsound early on that he needed some time to mature & grow as a fighter.

It is what it is & I was critical of him for a long time myself, but at this point he's proven himself as a top HW boxer.
I don't see a difference. Wilder is just as sloppy and wild as he was during his amateur days. His power has bailed him out time after time.

I fear for Joshua's life. Wilder may kill him with that right hand if they ever fight.

AJ had twice as many AM fights and also fought at the World Championships. And Tyson was about 27-0 when he got his shot NONE vs top 10 guys, everyone matures different. Stop being a fanboy.

Could not supress a laugh when I looked at this s**t.

218 wins between them, versus 542 for AJ's first 22 opponents. How many names do you recognize? I know Curt will say that the Charlie Brown dude, or the Dan Sheehan guy, are ATG's. that Sheehan fellah had 38 losses when Wilder chose to fight him lol !

In his 13th and 14th 'fights' (if we can call them that) Wilder fought one Harold Sconiers and a Dan Sheehan, between them 28 - 58. That's right, you read that right, FIFTY EIGHT losses.

By comparison, Joshua stopped the never before stopped Kevin Johnson, and the 21-0 Gary Cornish.

There's levels to this game kids, and Wilder is many levels behind Joshua, which is why he is ducking.

It does make for some fun reading though, doesn't it Curt?

It really is incredible he's gotten this far despite so many limits. It's like an American rags to riches story.

How dare you talk like this About Mr Wilder!
A man who had OCPD, Ashma, a broken arm and was pregnant and still made it to a draw with Tyson Fury, who was exactly at his prime after resting for 3 years!

                How dare you?

He might have fought a list of bums and have next to no technical skill whatsoever but he's fun to watch because any punch he lands could put the other guy out cold.
