Yup, boxing is lame right now.

We need Joshua vs. Wilder, Joshua vs. Fury, Spence vs. Crawford, Lomachenko vs. Davis, Lomachenko vs. Lopez, Garcia vs. Lomachenko, Canelo vs. Hurd, Estrada vs. Nietes, Joshua vs. Usyk, Canelo vs. Andrade, Benavidez vs. Smith, Ruiz vs. Kownacki, Inoue vs. Nery.

I’d be surprised if we get just 3 of those in the next 2 years.

I'd find boxing more entertaining if they had fan forced fights.

I would make Danny Garcia fight Deontay Wilder because I don't like Garcia
I would make Mikey Garcia fight GGG as I don't like Mikey.
I would make J'Leon Love fight Beterbiev 5 nights in a row just because...

I would make Tank Davis fight Broner at 147 just because I think he beats broner

I would seriously watch those fights. Call me different.

Spence looked half asleep and bored in all the interviews I saw before the Mikey fight.

Boxing is simply in a bit of a slump right now for a few factors:

Mainly the aforementioned promoter/tv network/app cold wars going on right now which is hindering fights from being made and thus new stars to be made as well..

Mayweather/Pacquiao really left a huge void as well as far as star power, and new stars are failing to fill the void because of what I said above.

On top of that boxing faces steep competition from other sports right now that are rising in popularity, once again, because of the lack of stars there is no interest being generated.

But I'm confident boxing will survive this and be popping once again, eventually. We just have to hope DAZN takes shape or somebody can somehow unite all of the fighters under one large promotional banner like a UFC or WWE type thing but for boxing. I know that's a pretty far fetched pipedream but that's my dream

Edit: And for the love of God WE NEED A BOXING GAME! Back in the fight night days I had friends who weren't even boxing fans go out and get those games every year cuz they were fun and a lot of them eventually either became a boxing fan or a casual or occasionally watched, influenced from the games. Video games can be a huge marketing tool for any sports brand.

UFC is now on a app for ffs & isnt going to threaten boxing just like WWE whose ratings keep declining due to lack of stars.

What can we do? I watch NBA, Premier League, La Liga, LIGA MX, NFL, I dont mind Hockey so maybe you should watch other sports

If it's anything I see Top Rank/ESPN Boxing tanking too since their roster sucks imo & they are running out of laundromat workers for Lomo, Terence Crawford, etc
im just happy they kept finding laundromat workers for Jermall Charlo. 4 fights at middleweight. 4 laundromat workers.

With the exception of Lara castańo showtime has had all bad cards.

We have 3 decent exciting fights coming up tomorrow.
Surely out of the 3 we will get one candidate.
Maybe you should change your name to boxing is boring if that's how you feel.

Too bad it ain’t happening. Even spence is going to the direction of “i don’t need him” instead of pushing for the fight with crawford.

They continually rob us with great fights. And make it happen when they’re old and sell it like they’re still young lol

And casuals will gobble it up.

I find baseball, football, soccer, hockey, tennis, basketball boring .

Boxing is not boring for me at all.
